2019 marked the 125th anniversary of anCnoc’s distillery – Knockdhu.
So, they wanted an idea that would help them celebrate that story with key customers and stakeholders, in a way that encompassed the brand’s modern-tradition approach. We partnered with two artists who specialise in making modern art using a traditional approach. Through a content series we brought the artists’ unique creations to life which were inspired by the distillery itself. The activity lead up to our event. Guests were led through an immersive journey of anCnoc’s core collection – from the sun-washed barley fields representing their younger expressions, to the dusky bonfire night mirroring their smoky Peat liquid. Whisky masterclasses, artist workshops, food trucks, cocktails and a DJ meant there was something for everyone, and guests were never short of an activity or two.
